A beautiful, informative documentary from director Emily Railsback and sommelier Jeremy Quinn on the complex history of winemaking in Georgia and the tradition of using the qvevri, a large clay vessel placed into the earth for fermentation and aging of wine. The film is a peek into the past, a look at the present and a hope for a restored future of grape growing and winemaking in Georgia.
